We are seeking a qualified hands on top-notch, and dynamic Financial Accountant II with a strong background in Accounting. The position requires a highly organized, detailed oriented and extremely hands on person able to foster teamwork within the accounting team in a fast-paced, aggressive growth, international business environment. In conjunction with the Financial Controller, the candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of accounting including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, bookkeeping, foreign exchange analysis, inventory management, and preparation of financial reports to the US corporate headquarters, and regulatory authorities in Indonesia. The candidate is also expected to coordinate and help in the successful, accurate and timely completion of statutory tax filings (monthly & yearly) and annual financial audits. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining an effective internal control environment. Prior exposure to ERPs (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, QuickBooks) and inventory management systems is desirable. Candidate should be a self starter and exhibit a high degree of ownership and pride in their work. Candidates must work well independently, with worldwide accounting team members. The candidate will report to the Indonesian Financial Controller, and is expected to lead and manage at least one junior level accountant. Travel to locations outside Indonesia (e.g. U.S.) may be necessary on as needed basis.

All candidates will be subjected to a technical accounting test in addition to tests of written and verbal English.
