I.Head of Internal Audit - (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Internal Auditing for Commercial and Factory
* Manage team of Auditors and ensure proper implementation and result
* Reformulate and restructured

Requirements:

* Extensive experience within the same position
* Possessed background experience in Internal Audit for both Commercial and Factory / Manufacturing
* Background experience in Operation
* Details-oriented
* High potential in Career development
* Certified-Auditor
* Ability to work in environment of restructured organization
* Preferably having an experience in a multinational FMCG company
* PROFILE
- Male / Female.
- High standard of achievement

II.Financial Controller - (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Acting as Controller, Conducting Implementation of budget, Corporate System and requirements
* Development and Implementation of the strategy and monitor the performance and development of the business
* Ensure the realization of Financial Plans,
* Monitoring and Controlling Accounting and Finance process.
* Lead Planning and reporting for short term and long term
* Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly reporting
* Ensure Compliance of requirements, laws and regulations

Requirements:

* Current position or Previous experienced as a Financial Controller
* Fluent in English.
* Good knowledge of Accounting Standard
* Knowledge and Ability on SAP system
* Excellent Finance system, Control, Budgeting, and Monitoring
* Knowledge and ability on Treasury
* Knowledge on Tax regulation and system
* Financial planning and reporting ( short term and long term)
* Characterized as Highly trustworthy
* Details Oriented
* Preferably having an experience in a multinational FMCG company
* PROFILE:

- Below 40 years old

III.Secretary to Director - (Jawa Barat - Cikarang)

Responsibilities:

* Standard secretarial duties
* Simple accounting tasks
* Administrative tasks
* Simple HR & GA tasks
* Traveling & Accommodation arrangement / booking

Requirements:

* Willing to be located in Cikarang for Monthly Contract Basis
* Good English oral and written is MUST
* Secretarial Background will be an advantage
* Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the similar role
* Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
* Able to work efficient, self sufficient, self driven, fast, and good initiative
* Good communication, interpersonal, and ability to interact with all levels of people.
* Proactive and able to work under pressure.
* Meticulous and detail

IV.Branch Manager - (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possessed 4 to 7 years solid experience in sales – mainly from Food Industry: Hospitality F&B Department and Multinational Companies in Food division
- Strategic thinking – able to create and execute tactical sales plan, quota, and company objective
- Strong leadership and management skill
- Strong communication skill – able to relate effectively internal and externally with customers, includes strong negotiation skill
- Understand business concept, market trends, and competitors analysis
- Ability to ensure successful overall operation management

* AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Generally manage and develop the business operation.
- Formulating plans and implementation of business strategy, to increase revenue generation
- Developing annual sales plan and providing quarterly report
- Set up planning, strategies, and monitoring the implementation of business operation.
- To identify and develop business opportunities
- Sales Plan, implementation and coordination
- Market trends and Competitor monitoring
- Successful Customer service and management
- Responsible to manage overall personnel in Jakarta branch office, including their compensation benefits
- Any duties to support and ensure the branch performance

Requirements:

* Male / Female age between 35 to 40’s years old
* At least 4 to 7 years experience
* Fluency in English, both oral & Written
* High Interpersonal Skills, such as: Excellent communication skill, includes Presentation, Negotiation and Reporting.
* Good interpersonal relationship
* Leadership Ability
* Proven team leadership ability, ability to lead and influence a team to achieve common goals
