I.Senior Accountant - (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:
SEEKING TALENTED FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT II: INDONESIA

We are seeking a qualified hands on top-notch, and dynamic Financial Accountant II with a strong background in Accounting. The position requires a highly organized, detailed oriented and extremely hands on person able to foster teamwork within the accounting team in a fast-paced, aggressive growth, international business environment. In conjunction with the Financial Controller, the candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of accounting including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, bookkeeping, foreign exchange analysis, inventory management, and preparation of financial reports to the US corporate headquarters, and regulatory authorities in Indonesia. The candidate is also expected to coordinate and help in the successful, accurate and timely completion of statutory tax filings (monthly & yearly) and annual financial audits. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining an effective internal control environment. Prior exposure to ERPs (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, QuickBooks) and inventory management systems is desirable. Candidate should be a self starter and exhibit a high degree of ownership and pride in their work. Candidates must work well independently, with worldwide accounting team members. The candidate will report to the Indonesian Financial Controller, and is expected to lead and manage at least one junior level accountant. Travel to locations outside Indonesia (e.g. U.S.) may be necessary on as needed basis.

All candidates will be subjected to a technical accounting test in addition to tests of written and verbal English.

Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a highly ranked domestic or international university. Dual majors in Accounting & Finance or Accounting & MIS are highly encouraged to apply.
* 4-5 years private sector exposure in the manufacturing industry.
* Demonstrated experience with accounting systems and inventory management
* Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
* Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
* Ability to work 50 hours/week minimum.

II.Senior Mechanical Engineering - (Jawa Tengah - Salatiga)

Requirements:

* D3/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering with heavy focus on manufacturing, product design, and energy conversion.
* 3 + years experience with Mechanical development, automation design,
* Demonstrated experience with moving part mechanical design, material research, BOM (Bill of material) in a team environment is preferred.
* Experience with CAD/CAM software (i.e Solidwork. ProE) is a plus,.
* Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
* Excellent communication in English and Indonesia both oral-written and customer relationship skills.
* Must be able to work 50 hours/week minimum.

III.Electronic Engineering - (Jawa Tengah - Salatiga)

Requirements:

* • Extremely neat person, since we’re dealing with precision parts most of the time.
* • Good mechanical ability.
* • Graduate from S1/S2 Electronic
* • GPA min 3.00 (scale of 4.00).
* • excellent organizational skills.
* • Ability to work 10 hours per day 5 days a week.
* • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.

IV.Senior Software Engineer - (Jawa Tengah - Salatiga)

Requirements:

* Experience with .Net and C# is highly desirable. C++ and Java are acceptable alternatives.
* Demonstrated experience with system architecture development, review, and software programming in a team environment is preferred.
* S1/S2 degree in Computer Sciences with heavy focus on software programming.
* 3 + years experience with software development, software delivery, and post-implementation support experience. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education.
* Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
* Excellent communication in English and Indonesia both oral-written and customer relationship skills.
* Must be able to work 50 hours/week minimum.

V.Warehouse Coordinator - (Jawa Tengah - Salatiga)

Requirements:

* Minimum 3-5 years progressive experience in similar roles preferably in MNC manufacturing industry.
* To perform this job successful, the incumbent should be familiar and has in-depth knowledge in planning for appropriate quantities of materials to support the production plan together with related requirements as well as utilizing Material Requirements Planning systems and prepare accurate material requisitions.
* Knowledge of Enterprise Resources Planning Systems would be an advantage and also have knowledge in Material Requirement Planning and familiar with ERP Systems would be an advantage.
* Have ability to analyze data and have capability to find solution if there’s any problem after analyzing data.
* Demonstrate good communication skills as well as self driven, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines.
* Proficient in written and spoken English.
* Has strong leadership and good interpersonal & communication skills
* Fast learner and strong analytical skills
