General Affair Manager (GA-Mng)
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Male, maximum age 35 years old
* Hold Bachelor degree of any disciplines
* Having minimum 5 years experience in related field, with at least 2 years proven experiences in managerial level
* Able to interact effectively at all levels and show good leadership and positive attitude
* Deadline oriented and willing to work extended hours
* Good leadership, self motivated, pleasant personality, fast learner, highly initiative, attention in detail & able to work under pressure
* Good command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities:
* Manage and control for Executive Floor General Services activity, in order to support office operational i.e. office management, general services management, cleaning service, building maintenance, transportation, etc.
* Manage all staffs in GA Departement such as, Pool Driver, Office Boy/Girl, Cleaning Service Personnel, Messenger, Security and Receptionist
* Responsible to maintain company assets.
