2.Graduate from the Faculty: Economics, Law, Agriculture (any major) Psychology, Business Administration / Business / Fiscal / State, International Relations, Communications, Engineering (all majors), Mathematics (Statistics and Computer Science)

3. For S1:
Minimum GPA:
a.PTN: 2.75 (Scale 4)
b.PTS: 3.00 (Scale 4)
c.Maximum 27 years (not over-year to 28 on February 10, 2010)

4. For S2:
a. Minimum GPA: 3:25
with the provisions of S1 minimum GPA as follows: PTN 2.75 (Scale 4); PTS 3.00 (Scale 4)
b. Maximum age of 30 years (not over-year to 31 on February 10, 2010)

6. Mastering English

7. Active association

8. Not married and would not marry during the following education
